1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites risenleadcoaching.com and risenleadcoaching.online (collectively, “the Sites”) and the purchase of any programs, courses, or services offered by RISENLEAD Coaching Academy, operated by Risenlead FZE (License No. 4429039.01), a Free Zone Establishment incorporated under the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Our programs are open to learners worldwide. Regardless of your country of residence, by accessing our Sites, registering for a program, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites or services.

3. Eligibility

Our programs are available to participants from all countries subject to the following conditions. By using our Sites or enrolling in any program, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence
  • You are not prohibited from receiving our services under any applicable local, national, or international law
  • All information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in our programs complies with any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction

4. Language

All programs, course materials, communications, and certifications are delivered in English unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient English language proficiency to participate in and benefit from the program.

5. Programs and Courses

RISENLEAD Coaching Academy offers certification programs in Emotional Intelligence, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mindfulness and Wellbeing, Happiness Coaching, and other personal and professional development subjects. Programs are delivered in the following formats:

  • Onsite — in-classroom sessions held at designated venues in Dubai, UAE
  • Live Online — instructor-led sessions delivered via video conferencing platforms, accessible to participants worldwide
  • Self-Paced Online — pre-recorded content accessible through our online academy at risenleadcoaching.online, available to participants globally

Program details including schedules, venues, duration, fees, and formats are as published on our Sites at the time of enrollment. All session times are published in Gulf Standard Time (GST, UTC+4). It is your responsibility to convert session times to your local time zone. We reserve the right to make changes to program content, format, venue, or schedule where necessary, and will notify enrolled participants accordingly.

6. Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment in a program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved installment arrangement. Submitting a registration form or expression of interest does not constitute a confirmed enrollment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any enrollment at our discretion.

Upon confirmed enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email with program details, joining instructions, and any pre-course materials. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided is accurate and active. We are not responsible for non-delivery of communications due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other issues outside our control.

7. Fees, Currency, and Payment

All fees are displayed on our Sites in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. International participants are responsible for any currency conversion costs, international transaction fees, or bank charges applied by their payment provider. We accept payments through the following gateways:

  • ZohoSecurePay
  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Tabby (installment payments, availability subject to your country of residence)

All transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider. Fees are inclusive of any applicable UAE taxes unless stated otherwise. You are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or charges applicable in your own country in connection with your purchase. Where installment payment plans are offered, the full installment schedule must be completed regardless of course attendance or completion.

We reserve the right to update our fees at any time. Fee changes will not affect confirmed enrollments already paid in full.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling by Us

We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any program due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure, venue issues, trainer unavailability, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling by us:

  • You will be notified as early as practicable via the email address provided at enrollment
  • You will be offered a transfer to the next available cohort of the same program at no additional cost
  • If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date or no suitable alternative is available, you are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method
  • International participants will receive refunds in AED to the original payment method; currency fluctuation differences are not our responsibility

We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, visa, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled program.

9. Cancellation by Participant

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy available at risenleadcoaching.com/refund-and-cancellation-policy. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@risenleadcoaching.com.

10. Transfers and Substitutions

You may request to transfer your enrollment to a different cohort or program subject to availability and at least 7 days’ written notice prior to the program start date. One transfer per enrollment is permitted at no additional charge. Subsequent transfers may be subject to an administrative fee.

You may substitute your place with another eligible participant provided you notify us in writing at least 3 days before the program start date and the substitute meets all enrollment requirements.

11. Attendance and Participation

For onsite and live online programs, a minimum attendance of 80% is required to be eligible for certification. We reserve the right to withhold certification from participants who do not meet the attendance requirement.

Participants joining from different time zones are responsible for ensuring they can attend sessions at the scheduled times. Inability to attend due to time zone differences does not constitute grounds for a refund or an exemption from attendance requirements.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout all sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or otherwise incompatible with the learning environment.

12. Certification

Certificates of completion are issued by RISENLEAD Coaching Academy upon successful fulfillment of all course completion requirements for the specific program enrolled in. These requirements may include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting the minimum attendance requirement of 80% for live and onsite programs
  • Completion of all assigned exercises, practicals, and assessments
  • Participation in coaching practice sessions where required
  • Submission of any required written or practical assignments
  • Any other requirements specified at the time of enrollment for the specific program

Participants who do not fulfill all course completion requirements will not be eligible for certification. No refund will be issued solely on the basis of ineligibility for certification due to incomplete requirements.

Certificates are issued in the name provided at the time of enrollment. Requests for corrections must be submitted within 30 days of issuance. A fee may apply for re-issuance of certificates after this period.

It is the participant’s sole responsibility to verify the recognition, validity, and professional standing of any certification in their own country, jurisdiction, or profession.

13. Session Recordings

All live online sessions are recorded. By enrolling in a live online program, you consent to being recorded during sessions. Recordings are made available to enrolled participants for personal learning and reference purposes.

Participants are permitted to share session recordings with others for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes. Recordings may not be resold, commercially distributed, published on any public platform, or used in any manner that misrepresents RISENLEAD Coaching Academy or its content. Risenlead FZE retains all intellectual property rights over session recordings at all times.

14. Course Materials

All course materials including slides, handouts, workbooks, and supplementary content provided as part of any program are the intellectual property of Risenlead FZE and are licensed to you for personal and educational use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any course materials without our prior written consent.

Access to online course materials is provided for the duration specified at enrollment. We reserve the right to update or withdraw materials at any time.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on our Sites including text, graphics, logos, images, course content, and software is the property of Risenlead FZE or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding without our prior written consent.

16. User Conduct

When using our Sites or participating in our programs, you agree not to:

  • Use our Sites or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Upload or transmit any content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes any third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Sites or systems
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any course content without written permission
  • Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with other participants’ learning experience

17. Technology Requirements

For live online and self-paced programs, you are responsible for ensuring you have access to a compatible device, stable internet connection, and any required software or applications. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced on your end, including but not limited to connectivity issues, device incompatibility, or platform outages outside our control.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our programs and services are provided for educational and personal development purposes only. The content delivered in our programs does not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Results from coaching and training programs vary by individual and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes, career advancement, income, or professional recognition.

Our Sites and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Risenlead FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Sites or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific program to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of your country of residence where such laws provide mandatory consumer protections.

20. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites or services including payment gateways, booking platforms, and social media. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

21. Privacy

Your use of our Sites and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at risenleadcoaching.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy covers the handling of personal data for participants from all countries including rights under GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy frameworks.

22. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, war, civil unrest, government action, natural disaster, power failure, or internet outages. In such circumstances we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or deliver programs in an alternative format.

23. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our Sites or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, nothing in this clause shall deprive you of any rights you may have under those laws. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, UAE law and Sharjah jurisdiction shall govern.
